you have definitely copied wrong code. This can only be fixed from cPanel by removing the code that you have added.

you are not supposed to copy the blogger template code anywhere in wordpress. The blogger template code is for your blogger site. You need to copy the code to blogger template.

okay, but I did and I deleted it right after but still left with no access to my website - in your expertise, can you help me back to my wordpress site please...it's very frustrating only because I really don't understand the html part. Thank u.
well the best way to undo any changes is to reinstall the theme you are using. If you made changes to your functions.php file then just replace the one on your site with a fresh version (I am hoping that you have a fresh copy of the theme on your computer) from cpanel
You can also delete the theme or move the theme to another folder other than wp-content/themes then it will force wordpress to use the default theme shipped with wordpress. ( twenty fifteen or twenty sixteen) which ever is available.

yes all from cpanel.
And remember never mess will PHP code if you don't know what exactly are you doing. Incorrect PHP will crash your site.
