If you made changes to your functions.php file then just replace the one on your site with a fresh version (I am hoping that you have a fresh copy of the theme on your computer) from cpanel

You can also delete the theme or move the theme to another folder other than wp-content/themes then it will force wordpress to use the default theme shipped with wordpress. ( twenty fifteen or twenty sixteen) which ever is available.
