Why is this Tweet, Like, Share and Google +1 Option Page Plugin for my WP Site not recognizing how many likes my Facebook really has and do you know of a solution?

You are getting confused between Facebook Page likes and Your site URL likes. Facebook page likes are different than like you get on your site URL.
case 1> When we say FB page likes that means number of likes that you got of your Facebook page i.e. likes on your facebook page or any likes that your got for your facebook page URL that is https://www.facebook.com/HomeI.....mentSource for your case.
Case 2> But when people clicks the like button on your site that means they are actually liking the article / URL of the page where the like button is places (http://www.homeimprovementsource.net in your case).
This plugin has been designed to handle the like/shares of the individual pages of your website(case 2) and not the likes and share of your Facebook page (case 1). If you want to show the likes and share of your facebook page on your site there are other plugin available.
