Two Post Titles appearing in Google Plus when post is shared|Tweet Like Plusone and Share Plugin|Plugin Support Forum|TECHXT

many site have this problem and one know issue for the cause of the problem is having two or more OG:TITLE tags that is necessary for Facebook. Google has never indicated that they are using the OG tags that facebook use to determine the title to share, image to share etc. I assume that you are also using some other plugin that is add OG tags to your site. If so then my plugin has an option to disable OG tags that this plugin adds to your site. 

go to Settings > Tweet like plugone. At the button there is a checkbox that says do not add Facebook OG tags. Keep that checked. Save it and see if google plus is still adding double titles
