I got everything working nicely, but is there a way to display "Be the first of your friends to like this." next to the Like button?

No at present there is no way to display the "Be the....." for the like button because the type of like button that I am displaying using this plugin do not display that. I cannot use the other like button that shows that line because it will not match the style of the other buttons

Loving this plugin, and you will definitely be getting some support from me.
One more question... Is there a way to change the height/width of the Large Icons? I am looking at your PHP and don't see it... I am going to have them go vertical and the button widths are slightly off.
Currently you will have to edit the code of the plugin to change the height.I am working on the Custom CSS Insert for the plugin from the option page. I will soon be added.
Current if you want to change the code of the plugin then you can search for this line
$css1="height:82px;";
Corresponding 2-3 lines determines the height of the plugin
