The place where you want to place the buttons is not a standard place so there is not options available to add the buttons there. But you can add the buttons there by editing the source code of your theme. You need to edit your themes single.php (in case single.php does not exist then index.php) and add the PHP code to display the buttons there. Check out the plugin documentation for help regarding adding the PHP code to display the buttons
