Topic RSSI wanted to control where the code went on my website, so I unchecked all the boxes for the automatic posts and put it into my single post code on my site:
Only Twitter and FB Share are working. FB Like is completely broken. I think it's because you aren't using the iframe way to load it in and maybe with all my boxes unchecked maybe something isn't loading that has to load in the header to fix this?
I don't know what the heck the google+ thing is doing. It leaves an empty space where it should go but all the stuff seems to be loading in the upper right corner of my site. I'm in google chrome, which has a great "inspect element" feature, so that's how I know this thing is off screen. I've already tried clearing my cache.
I should note that both the google+ button and the like button worked with other plugins, but they all used the iframe way of inserting the button which displayed no count for me, and I thought maybe if I used yours with the fb code way, it might actually show my count properly. -_- You can click on my latest post about Chianti to see the problem. That one actually has 1 FB like and a couple tweets.
I checked the code on your site. Its totally fine. The buttons should get displayed. Just check the optimize option from the plugin option and see if the plugin works or not.

I figured it out. There is a conflict between this code and Simple Facebook Connect. Nobody was using SFC so I took it out.
One more reply because I am a pain - my count is still hidden even though I know it is at "1" and not "0". Sometimes I really hate Facebook.
Yes I know that this plugin is conflicting with SFC. This has been already reported to me earlier.

This is not a problem with my plugin. This a very common problem that people are facing with the Facebook Like count. The only known solution to this problem is using the Facebook URL Linter.

Every time you publish a post you need to Lint the URL once and the Facebook Like starts working. You need to lint all your old post URLs once 🙁
