Well the button code is getting added to your pages properly. Try un-selecting the optimize button. By the way did you try some other like pligin or google 1 plugin? Are other plugins working? One thing I saw was incorrectly added to your page is a META tag
Try to correct this tag.

Up until yesterday, the Twitter, Facebook and Google Plus buttons were coming up on my blog. When I checked it today, the Google Plus button is missing. Please let me know how I can fix this.

@ayuboco - All buttons on this page are perfectly working for me. I think its just your browser cache problem.
I am also getting a malware warning on your site.. you are displaying contents from "pinoy-blogs.com" which is know to have malwares.
