The plugin automatically takes the image that has been set as the featured image for the post. So I suggest that you set a featured image for every post( The Image that you want to be there on facebook share) Also on the plugin's page there is a default share image option. Put the link of an image. In case there are no featured image for a post, this image will be displayed when you share.

Look that http://facebook.com/SmyL3 why there post me the smile featured image ? Look also on my website there are the Featured image settings ... what is the problem ?
The plugin take the featured post image of the post when you share the post on facebook. So I suggest that you set featured post image for every post. This is a good practice. Also on the option page there is an option to set the path of the default image. In case there is no featured image for a post, it will share the default image

No I Idea about that. If no images are set then it randomly takes any image from your post.

I have the same problem. Facebook takes a random image of my post and that is awfull. Nobody wants to press the button "again".
The way this is configured, "Like It" button its the same as "Share" button without the personalization.
My theme doesnt have "set featured image" option so i tought it will be better if:
- when pressing the "Like It" Facebook button, doesnt should appear a post with an image on profiles. Why just does not appear a line such as "John Doe Likes x Page", no image, no big thing, just the line.
If your theme does not support a featured image then not an issue. Just set a default image from the plugin option page.
Looking at the problem I will set the plugin to take the first image from the post. I think that will be fair enough. But do set a default image from plugin's option page

Dont get me wrong. Its not a plugin problem, just an issue from my theme and the way Facebook answer when someones press "Like It".
I think its wrong to publish on the facebook profile the same way that if someone press "Share". "Like It" and "Share" publications on profiles should be two very different kind of web will expressions.
But thats my opinon.

That will be great. That may solve many users problems.
My theme use timthumbs so "featured image" is not allowed.
Ok The default image option will be there. But the default image will only work if there are no images on that post.

Most posts have many images in many cases.
Today facebook is taking images randomly from advertising and sidebar images instead of the ones on the actuall post.
I decided to take off the "Like It" Button till this thing is solved. Many of us uses Timthumb and dont have the "featured image" option.
Did you not set the default image for the facebook like?

Can you also make an option for default text in the plugin?
When I post something with an image or video without text, Facebook & Google+ then takes random text from another post when you click the like button or plusone button.
And also: when I post a photoslide without text, and you click the like button or plusone random text and random images appear in Facebook and Google+. Then the default image will not appear.
Are you adding featured image to your posts? can you post your website URL. I would like to have a look
