Love this plugin but the icons are not displaying very nicely. They have strange spacing, and one is lower than the others. If you go to my website you should be able to notice this also.

Add the below code into custom css from this plugin's options. That will align the facebook share button properly.
.s4fbshare{
margin-top:-3px;
}
and for the spacing problem, the buttons are spaced based on individual buttons width. You can say the buttons are spaced in the best possible manner

Thanks so much for the quick reply.
That code doesn't seem to have any effect, and when taking screenshots and using guides in Photoshop, the buttons do seem to be vertically aligned, but the FB share button seems like it's a pixel or two shorter than the others. Is there a way to adjust the height and width of the buttons?

The fb share button seem to be aligned... if not then you can adjust the margin-top in the above pixel for -3px to -4px or -5px. You can change the value as it seems fit
