on my page http://www.markkujath.de and on http://www.teamzwo.de, I am using the plugin. Both pages have the same thing: The Facebook Share and Like button shows up the same amount of "clicks". This is also true, when e.g. 20 people "like" the post, but only 4 have shared it.

The like count and the share count shown by Facebook button is not just how many people click on the button on your website. It is the sum total of all likes and shares and it even includes the number of times the page link was share directly by you or some other person on facebook.
So in short the count will always remain same. I cannot do anything about it as the count is displayed by facebook api.
