I use yoast SEO plugin and I've filled in the Facebook OG data for each page, if I look at the source of my pages that info is displayed in the meta info of the page as expected but when you click on the facebook like button it uses the correct info but the title and description that it picks up seems randomly taken from the page.
I've ticked the box in you plugins settings to allow another application to supply the OG info but it's still not working.
Any ideas?

I think you are using the plugin in a widget area. If so then this is not the right plugin for you. This plugin works with pages and posts but do not work very well if you add it using a wigdet area.
