Hi There

 

I have added the icons into the sidebar using the shortcode.

They work fine except for the Facebook comment box that gets cut off by the width of the sidebar.

Any way of fixing this?

The link that you posted is not opening. But I can tell you what the problem is. Some element has the CSS set to overflow:hidden. You need to override that to make the comment box visible properly
