The widget takes the link of the last published post on my site instead of the homepage link !
The problem apears also when I display a category content. The widget takes the link of the last actually displayed post on the page instead of the link of the category URL.
Any idea about this ?

This plugin is only for posts and pages. It cannot be used for specific URL. So it means that you cannot use this plugin on the home page to share the link of the homepage.

If you still want to use this plugin on your sidebar then use widget logic plugin to add conditional display for only post and pages.
