I just tried two different google +1 plugins on our site and neither one worked. Do you think it had anything to do with when we upgraded to 3.2.1? Your plugin used to work (with the Google +1 button) but now it's nowhere to be found.
Based on this info., what would you suggest I try?
Thanks!
I don't think that wordpress 3.2.1 is the problem. I have tested it against version 3.2.1.
My best guess is that some plugin is conflicting with the google +1 button. Most probably the google analytics plugin. (This is just a guess) Try deactivating one plugin at a time and see if the google +1 shows up. start with google analytics

the problem is not with wordpress. Its with the button. But its better that you search the wordpress forum as well as google the problem. I will also do the same. If I get a solution will, I will suggest you.

The WP Google +1 plugin finally worked for us. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to align it with your plugin. Take a look:
just put the following code in Custom CSS option of this plugin
#google_plus_one {
margin-top: -32px;
}
