Here is a quick fix -- I will release the plugin update today

1. Edit the Tweet like plusone plugin code (Plugins >Editor >Tweet like plusone )
Find and replace every occurrence of the below code
<fb:like href="'.$eplink.'"
with
<fb:like href="'.$plink.'"
update the file
