This is not uncommon. Not all posts get redirected to the corresponding post on WP. Some reasons for that can be because of error in importing or using different method to import other than the the blogger import plugin. I have done more than 50 migrations and to tell you frankly I had to use two other plugin along with Blogger 301 redirect plugin to get a 99.9% proper redirection. Those plugins are
1. Redirection Plugin
2. Permalink finder
Permalink finder helps automatically redirect posts to correct post in case the blogger 301 redirect plugin fails to redirect. For permalink finder plugin to work set do not redirect to home page from the blogger 301 plugin options.
Sometimes even permalink finder plugins fails. Like instead of redirecting to a correct post, it redirects to a different post with similar post title. In those case we need to set the redirection manually using the Redirection plugins.
Still I would want to have a look at your site so can you post few links that redirect and few that don't so that I can analyze a bit

I'm having an issue with ?m=3 and I've followed every instruction I can find out there, to no avail. I installed the Redirection Plugin and the Permalink Finder and while they helped tremendously with basic URL's, they didn't solve the trick for the dreaded ?m=3 trouble.
Most of these links are coming from Pinterest and here are some examples:
http://www.thegreeningofwestfo.....s.html?m=1
http://thegreeningofwestford.b.....a.html?m=1
I'm also still having trouble with a few of the normal URLs too so that http://thegreeningofwestford.b.....-bars.html ends up like http://thegreeningofwestford.c.....-bars.html
I really appreciate your help!
Alicia
