Google+ has emerged as the next best social networking site after Facebook. Google+ is also used by users to follow people and receive updates and it has the same functionality as Twitter where you can share with the whole world. If you look in to your Google+ streams, you will find that there is a Hot on Google+ section. Google+ displays random people to follow in this section which sometimes looks annoying. So here is how you can disable this What’s hot on Google+ section.
Step 1: Login to your Google+ account and scroll down to the Hot on Google+ section in your stream and click “Hot on Google+”. Alternatively you can directly go to https://plus.google.com/hot
Step 2: In the What’s hot page, on the top right there is a slidebar. This slidebar is there to adjust the frequency of the What’s hot section. Slide it to the left till it shows “Show nothing from What’s hot in your stream”. All done and form now onwards you will stop receiving any feeds from what’s hot in your stream.
