As you must be knowing that Facebook do not let you change the name of a fans page with more than 100 likes from the options. But sometimes we may need to get the name changed for many reason like a spelling mistake in the name of the Page or say there has been a change in the name of the business for which you had the fans page.
Thought Facebook do not let you change the name of the fans page directly but you can get the name changed using the “I need to change then name of my Page” form. Below if a screen shot of the form. After you have applied for the name change, Facebook will review your request and change the name of your Page.
