Facebook has a facial-recognition software which matches faces in a photo with previously uploaded photos where you have been tagged. Facebook does not automatically tag photos but gives suggestions when a photo is uploaded. This make the tagging process easier. This feature is enabled by default on Facebook but if you don’t want Facebook to suggest photos of you to your friends then you may turn it off. So here is how to disable this feature.
Step 1: Goto Privacy settings

Step 2: Click Edit Settings link of Timeline and Tagging

Step 3: Click “Who sees tag suggestions when photos that look like you are uploaded”

Step 4: Choose “No one” from the dropdown and click Okay

Thats all that is to be done. Now no one will get a tagging suggestion for any photos that look like you.
